The basis of the education in the Middle Department is structured to provide all the benefits of a good preparatory school, in the context of a more senior environment.

It is the ideal transition for children transfering from a preparatory or junior school into the Senior Department.

The Middle Department provides good preparation for GCSEs by strengthening work done in Key Stage 3.

Those pupils working for the Common Entrance Examination and/or scholarships receive first rate preparation through expert teaching, setted classes and extension work.
