There has never been a better time to study Geography and never a better place than Ballard School! This popular and exciting subject follows an active programme of enquiry based learning using superbly equipped teaching rooms. Field trips to areas such as the New Forest and Isle of Purbeck, along with urban studies to local cities, are undertaken frequently. The GCSE course follows the OCR Avery Hill syllabus to allow for maximum integration of human and physical geography. This has proved a popular course and has given excellent results.
