Pupils from Years 7 to 10 enjoyed an exciting and action-packed Sport for All Day, designed to encourage participation, teamwork and enjoyment through a wide range of sporting activities and challenges.
Throughout the day, pupils had the opportunity to take part in a diverse programme of events, showcasing both traditional and alternative sports. Competitive events included Tennis, Water Polo, Javelin, Discus, 100m races, High Jump, Long Jump, Shot Put, and the ever-popular 4 x 75m Relay races.
Alongside the competitive fixtures, pupils were encouraged to explore a variety of activity zones, offering something for everyone regardless of sporting experience. The event embodied the spirit of Sport for All, ensuring that every child could find an activity that suited their interests and abilities. Whether competing for a personal best, trying a new sport for the first time, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, pupils demonstrated excellent enthusiasm, determination and sportsmanship throughout the day.
The day was a fantastic celebration of sport and participation, creating memorable experiences for pupils and reinforcing the message that sport is for everyone.
