Head of Computer Science & ICT
Ballard School is seeking an inspiring and forward-thinking Head of Computer Science and ICT to lead the strategic development of digital learning across the school on a part time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to shape a modern, ambitious curriculum and champion innovation in a small but impactful department.
This vacancy comes as our long‑serving, highly valued Head of Computer Science & ICT retires after many dedicated years at Ballard. We are now looking for someone who can continue their legacy while bringing fresh ideas and energy to the department.
This is part time position of 0.6FTE, salary on the Ballard Pay Scale dependent on experience, plus an allowance for Head of Department.

School Nurse – Job Share
Ballard is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and compassionate School Nurse to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves job-sharing with our current school nurse, who works 3 days per week. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our pupils, providing high-quality medical care, and offering pastoral support within a nurturing school environment.
The hours of work will be 8.30am to 5.00pm, 2 days per week with half an hour for lunch, with 4 hours to be worked on the third day.
