HR MAnager
We are seeking an experienced, professional and highly organised HR Manager to join our thriving, multi-award-winning, co-educational day school.

This is a part-time position, working around 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days. The role may be offered on either an all-year-round basis or term time plus additional weeks. A competitive salary is offered, dependent on experience, along with a generous pension scheme and additional staff benefits. This is a key stand-alone role, reporting to the Bursar and working closely with the Head and Leadership Team. The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR across the School, including staff engagement, recruitment, employee relations, compliance and HR operations.
Applicants should be CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum, Level 7 strongly preferred), educated to degree level and have at least 4 years’ experience. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to work independently and handle sensitive matters with discretion. Dance Teacher (0.9FTE) Maternity Cover

BURSARY ASSISTANT / PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Bursary team at our thriving, multi-award-winning, co-educational day school.

This is a part-time, all-year-round position, working 20–30 hours per week across 4–5 days (Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break). The role offers 6 weeks’ paid holiday plus bank holidays and an hourly rate of £15 (up to £29,250 FTE per annum depending on experience), along with a generous pension scheme and additional staff benefits.
Supporting the Finance Manager and Bursar with the smooth running of the purchase ledger, including processing invoices, managing supplier accounts, reconciling statements and providing general administrative support to the Bursary. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and confidence in using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) are essential. Previous experience with school MIS systems, ideally iSAMS, would be advantageous.
