Teacher of English Job Description
We are looking to recruit a talented Teacher of English to join our school to teach English from Years 6 to 11. The role could suit an ECT, or for a more experienced teacher, there is potential for the role to be Second in Charge of English.
Working Hours: 0.8FTE or Full time

Start date: January 2026, although we will have interim cover in place (if required) so will wait for the right candidate. Latest start is at the beginning of the Summer Term 2026.
Interim Teacher Of English Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teacher of English for a short-term contract while we recruit for the permanent position. You must be able to start in January 2026 and be available for a minimum of one term. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply for the permanent position if they wish to do so, which has the potential to be a Second in Charge position for the right candidate.
