Year 8 and 9 pupils took part in an exciting, hands-on careers experience designed to bring the construction industry to life. Working in teams, they explored a range of real-world roles through interactive activities, from design and planning to practical building challenges.
The event gave pupils the chance to develop key skills, meet industry professionals, and discover the wide variety of career pathways available in construction. By combining creativity, teamwork and problem-solving, Construct and Create offered a fun and inspiring insight into a dynamic and essential industry.
