Last weekend, 50 of our Bronze and 18 of our Silver Duke of Edinburgh Year 9 and 10 students took part in their practice expeditions. Blessed with sunny weather, pupils set up camp, stayed overnight, and completed their walks across the beautiful New Forest.

The evening was spent stargazing, while daytime pupils enjoyed the gorgeous sunshine, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience and a key part of their Duke of Edinburgh journey. The next step is their real expeditions, which will be taking place in the coming months.
