Part Time Admissions Administrator Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Registrar, as well as the Head of Marketing, if required.
Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 1.00pm (22.5 hours per week).
Term-time (35½ weeks), including all INSET days plus four additional weeks during the holidays.

PA And Music Technician
Working closely with the Head of Music and Creative Technology and the Deputy Head Co-Curricular and Operations, the successful applicant will assist with the planning and delivery of the technical aspects of all our outstanding productions, concerts and performances. We are looking for dynamic and flexible applicants ideally educated to Diploma or Degree Level in Theatre Technology & Design or closely related qualification, or relevant previous experience.
This is term-time only role, 20-25 hours per week (flexitime) including some evening and weekend work (flexibility is a key requirement), to start in January 2025.

Senior IT Technician
This is an exciting time in the development of IT in education and Ballard is committed to keeping abreast of new developments and promoting its appropriate use to enrich teaching and learning.

We are looking for a Senior IT Technician to join our team.

Games Coach
There are two positions available: one to cover maternity leave until end Summer Term 2025, and one to cover long term illness until end Spring Term 2025 (subject to 2024-25 timetabling).
8 hours per week, 1.00pm to 5.00pm, two days per week, term-time only (please note this can be subject to discussion at interview).
