We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Registrar, as well as the Head of Marketing, if required.
Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 1.00pm (22.5 hours per week).
Term-time (35½ weeks), including all INSET days plus four additional weeks during the holidays.

Working closely with the Head of Music and Creative Technology and the Deputy Head Co-Curricular and Operations, the successful applicant will assist with the planning and delivery of the technical aspects of all our outstanding productions, concerts and performances. We are looking for dynamic and flexible applicants ideally educated to Diploma or Degree Level in Theatre Technology & Design or closely related qualification, or relevant previous experience.
This is term-time only role, 20-25 hours per week (flexitime) including some evening and weekend work (flexibility is a key requirement), to start in January 2025.
